at the most unexpected moments. iTRANU ensures you have available
solution to resolve your problems.
iTRANU offers On-Call Response Services for clients that have an unplanned or
emergency need for IT services. On-Call services can include many of the same
services offered under our full-time or part-time support package, however they are
not delivered on a regularly scheduled basis, but on an as-needed basis and
scheduled when consultants are available. Therefore you are not bounded by a fixed
contract or any monthly charges, just call us when you need
support.
On-call services can include:
•Network diagnostics and troubleshooting
•Network administration
•New computer setup, configuration, and upgrades
•Systems and network design, planning, deployment, upgrades, and migrations.
•IT performance measurement and optimization
•Remote management services
•Technology and product advice, recommendations and assisted purchasing
•Internet access and services selection, setup and installation
